Easter in Victoria BC

We’re pretty excited to welcome the Easter holidays.

Indulge

Our pastry chef, Kimberley Vy, has the pastry shop bursting at the seams with all things delicious and sweet. This year Kim has prepared an Easter & Spring themed treat for our guests to include in their stay ($19.00) and everyone is raving about it.
As pictured, this little darling features two types of macarons, a lemon & a black current version, a lavender & black currant marshmallow. A white chocolate dipped strawberry (not an actual carrot – Kim fooled us too 😉 ) that has our junior guests in a tizzy. And of course what Easter goodie platter would be complete without adorable Mr. & Mrs. Bunny sugar cookies?

Get Outside

Then there’s what’s happening outside our doors… the cherry blossoms are in full swing (#sorrynotsorry).

What’s not to love about spring? Flowers & trees are in full bloom, birds are chirping, and the sun is shining. Yup, we’re set in a picture perfect postcard and our Japanese Garden is about to burst with blooms. Inn at Laurel Point is also a ten-minute stroll to downtown on our gorgeous Inner Harbour pathway. Along the way, you’ll see many of Victoria’s landmarks, meet the locals, and maybe even see a harbour seal.
More fun things to do, inside and out, in Victoria can be found in our April Activities blog. In fact, be sure to check back at the beginning of each month to find out the latest and greatest of what’s going on in our fair city.

Book Now

Thinking of Easter Brunch with the family? You’d better call quickly. Easter brunch is one of our most popular events at AURA so we recommend calling ASAP. While you’re reserving, remember that Mother’s Day is also popular, so be sure to make that reservation while you’ve got us on the line. (A reminder that Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 14!).
So have a Happy Easter and flower filled spring from all of us at the Inn.
